Howdy, partner: Calamity Annie may be retro, but it still captures the American old west feel perfectly
I shamefully neglected to mention Calamity Annie by auntie pixelante when it was first released. However, since it got updated today, now’s a perfect time to fix my mistake!
Billed as “a love story in the old west”, your job is simple: master the quick draw and take down a series of bad hombres in and around the town province. What could be easier? Despite being quick to learn and play, you’ll need to fine-tune your twitch reflexes or else those bandits will gun you down faster than you can say “Jack Daniels”.
This isn’t quite all there is to it, but to see what I mean I’d recommend you download it and try for yourself!
The game is free but if you make a donation over $1 you’ll be given a password that unlocks extra characters.
